I. Measure your chest: To do this, place the tape measure around the widest part of your chest, making sure that it is horizontal.
II. Measure your waist: Find the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button, and measure with the tape measure.
III. Measure your hips: Place the tape measure around the widest part of your hips.

Once you've taken your measurements, refer to the Size Guide to find the size that best fits you. As a reminder, each brand may have variations.
